Terms of service

Nendo (the “Service”) is an AI-powered lookbook generator operated by Ronaldo Kurswell. The Service is currently in closed beta and accessed via invite code only. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice during beta.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate likenesses of real people without their explicit consent.
• Generate sexual content involving minors, or content depicting minors in any compromising way.
• Generate content intended to harass, defame, or impersonate any person.
• Generate hateful, threatening, or illegal content under applicable law.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Service beyond normal interactive use.
• Share your invite code or master access link with anyone who has not personally been granted beta access.

Violation may result in immediate revocation of access and forfeiture of any beta-related credits or benefits.

You retain all rights to the reference images you upload and the character descriptions you write. By using the Service, you grant Nendo a temporary, non-exclusive licence to process those inputs for the sole purpose of generating your requested output.

Generated output is yours to use, subject to the licence rules of our upstream AI-generation provider. Rights vary by credit-pack tier:

• Trial, Starter, Pro — personal and evaluation use. Use for moodboards, pitch decks, internal review, and wholesale-buyer previews. Not for paid advertising or commercial campaigns.
• Studio and Bulk — commercial-use rights included. Use for wholesale linesheets, brand-pillar visuals, social-media campaigns, and editorial features.

All output is delivered without watermark on paid tiers (Pro and above). Trial output carries a small “Nendo trial” mark. Credits expire 12 months after purchase.

By uploading a photo of any identifiable person, you warrant that:

• The person is you, OR
• The person is a fictional character with no real-world counterpart, OR
• The person has given you explicit permission to use their likeness for AI generation.

You take full responsibility for ensuring this consent exists. Nendo does not verify consent and accepts no liability for misuse of someone’s likeness. If you receive a takedown or rights complaint, contact us at nendodigital@proton.me.

The Service is provided “as is” with no uptime guarantees. Rate limits apply per IP and globally to keep operational costs sustainable. Generation may fail, be slow, or hit caps without notice during beta.

Generation calls cost real money paid to upstream providers. We reserve the right to enforce strict rate limits, throttle requests, or revoke access for users whose usage exceeds reasonable beta-testing thresholds.

The Service and its output are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated images may contain errors, drift in likeness, or unexpected content. Nendo is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service or its output, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your browser and clearing your invite cookie. We may revoke your access at any time, for any reason or no reason, especially in the case of acceptable-use violations.
