About · the why

Built for the
designers who ship.

Nendo is a one-person studio out of Melbourne. I’m Ronnie — a UX designer + street photographer. I built Nendo to help indie fashion designers and labels visualise their designs at the highest quality possible — without needing a shoot day for every iteration.

01 · Why this exists

Indie fashion runs on impossible math.

You’ve drawn the garment. You’ve sourced the fabric. You’ve sewn the sample. Now the part that costs you: a model day rate, a studio rental, a photographer, a stylist, a MUA, a retoucher. Six weeks from brief to lookbook, if you’re lucky — usually longer.

Pinterest moodboards die in a drawer. Wholesale linesheets ship with mannequin shots. Pitch decks land flat. Not because the clothes are bad — because the visual currency that gets attention costs more than the collection itself.

Nendo isn’t here to replace the shoot. It’s here for everything that comes before — the wholesale submission, the Kickstarter teaser, the pitch deck, the IG launch reveal. The work where every iteration needs to look finished, but doesn’t need a $3K outlay each time.

02 · What it is

Editorial lookbooks at the speed of design.

Drop a garment brief. Pick a muse (or use ours). Get eight editorial poses and a 360° body turnaround in four minutes. No model day. No shoot day. No edit week.

Not a replacement for the real campaign shoot — a replacement for the work you’d do beforethat. The pre-shoot moodboard. The pitch deck. The investor preview. The wholesale submission. The thousand small uses that demand polish but don’t justify a $3K outlay.

03 · What we stand for

Restraint. Speed. Honesty.

Restraint.

Every Nendo output is labelled “AI-generated” — in the ZIP README and on every share page. We don’t pretend the muse is real. We don’t replicate existing designers. We don’t train on user uploads.

Speed.

Designers think in drops, not in monthly cycles. Credit packs instead of subscriptions. Pay per drop. Credits expire 12 months out, no auto-renew, no dark patterns.

Honesty.

Trial credits get watermarked + 1K resolution so you see exactly what you’re paying to remove. Pricing on the pricing page is the price you pay. No upsell modals. No annual-only contracts. No paywall on regenerate.

04 · The AI question

The model is a tool, not the designer.

Nendo doesn’t design clothes. You do. We render the visuals that explain what you’ve already designed. The fabric, the silhouette, the colour story — that’s your work. Our job is to put it on a muse without you needing to book a studio.

We will not train models on customer uploads. We will not sell user data. We will not generate clothing as a service — you bring the garment, we visualise it.

When the live shoot is the right call (campaigns, hero imagery, real-product testing), do the shoot. Nendo is what you build the deck with so you can afford the shoot when it counts.

05 · Who’s behind it

One designer. Built solo, in Melbourne.

Hi — I’m Ronnie. UX designer + street photographer based in Melbourne, Australia.

I built Nendo solo, between commits and coffee, because I kept seeing indie designers and labels stuck on the same problem: how to visualise a finished garment at the highest quality possible — before they can justify booking the real campaign shoot. Every product decision, every email reply, every bug fix goes through me. If you’ve got feedback, it lands directly in my inbox.
